Refund & Return Policy
At Doréa, each piece is made to order and carefully crafted to create something truly personal and meaningful. Because of the custom nature of our products, our return policy is slightly different from standard retail.
📦 Returns & Exchanges
Due to the personalized nature of our jewellery, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect information provided by the customer (e.g. spelling, dates, names)
- Incorrect size selection
We kindly ask that you double-check all personalization details before placing your order.
🔧 Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will gladly resolve this for you.
To be eligible for a replacement or refund:
- You must contact us within 14 days of delivery
- Please include clear photos of the issue
- Include your order number in your message
Once reviewed, we will offer:
- A replacement item, or
- A full refund, depending on the situation
